    EXAMPLE MESSAGES

    (This is what your guests will hear when they pick up the phone to leave a message.)


    By default, the Audio Guestbook includes a pre-recorded female voice that greets your guests with the message:

    "Please leave your message at the beep. When you are finished recording, hang up to save your message."

    However, if you prefer to use your own voice for the greeting, please follow the instructions below.

     

    Recording will begin immediately after clicking Start Recording, and end when you click Stop.

    Please make sure you are close to your microphone. Be sure to be loud and concise.


    (Remember that your guests will hear your greeting each time they pick up the phone,

    so we recommend to keep the message short and sweet.)


    After recording your message you can listen to it. If you need to redo just hit reset and you can record a new one.

    Once your done, fill out your name and email and hit send. If you have any questions, please reach out.

    • What is the cost?

      Phone rentals start at just $325 for your event which includes everything below:

      -Rental drop off, set up & collection

      -Instruction signage templates

      -Personalized greeting

      -Unlimited phone messages

      -A private online gallery with all the messages from your event

      -A virtual dial-in for guests who could not make it to your event in person

    • Do instructions come with the phone for the guests to read to help them use the phone?

      Yes! We have signage templates that you can customize in Canva. We will send a link, you customize it, then print and frame it! It's that easy. 

    • Do the phones need to be connected to a landline or Wi-Fi?

      No! Our phones are completely wireless and require no outside connection to work, which means they can be placed anywhere! They are powered by a battery which allows the phone to record for 8-10 hours!

    • Is there a limit on the amount of audio we can record?

      No! We will send you every voicemail that is left on our phones for you to cherish forever!

    • How do I receive my messages?

      We will curate all of your messages and upload them onto a private online gallery. You can post each message to your socials and share them with your family and friends. 

    • Can we add our own greeting?

      Yes! You can record your own greeting for your guests to hear when they pick up the phone!  

    • Can I get my messages pressed to a vinyl record?

      Yes! We offer a your messages on vinyl as an add-on. It is the perfect addition to your rental and will give you a hard copy on 12-in vinyl, for easy playback of all your audio messages.





      Each vinyl record holds about 20 minutes of messages, per side, which will cover majority of events. However, in the rare occasion that it is not enough room, we’ll inform you before starting production to see if you’d like to add a second vinyl, or just fit what we can. Production time is 4-7 weeks after your event.



      And yes, you can order this at any time. 





      (Note: Due to the way single-run vinyl is produced, some amount of skipping is to be expected and will vary greatly depending on the quality of your record player)
